• Contract Formation: A binding sale is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you have received a dispatch confirmation email.
• Stock Availability: Products shown on the website are subject to availability. In the event of out-of-stock items, you will be notified within 24–48 hours and offered an alternative or full refund.
• Order Limits: We may restrict quantity per customer for certain products, particularly during sale events.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or logistics constraints. A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
• Custom Orders: Customised or stitched items are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production has begun.

All prices displayed on bighand99.shop are in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. Currency conversion for international customers is indicative only — actual charges are in INR at the time of payment.

• A COD handling charge of ₹49 applies on all Cash on Delivery orders.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional codes (e.g., BIGHAND10 for 10% off) are subject to eligibility and cannot be combined with other offers.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly.
• International card payments may attract additional foreign exchange fees charged by your bank — these are beyond our control.

• Dispatch Time: Standard orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom/stitched orders take 7–14 business days.
• Delivery Time (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart).
• International Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email and WhatsApp after dispatch.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Bighand India is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees in their country.
• Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Customised, altered, or stitched garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted above 40% are non-returnable.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• Reverse pickup is arranged free of charge for defective or wrong items. For size exchanges, reverse pickup charges of ₹150 apply.

Order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
• After 12 hours, cancellations are subject to approval and may attract a restocking fee of ₹99.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery.
• COD orders that are refused at delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Repeated refusals may result in account restrictions.
• Refunds for cancelled pre-paid orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However:

• Actual product colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting during photography, and screen settings.
• All fabric measurements are approximate and may vary ±2 inches.
• Embroidery, embellishment, and placement may vary slightly from images as each piece is handcrafted.
• Product weights and dimensions are approximate estimates.

All content on bighand99.shop — including but not limited to the name "Bighand India", logo, product photographs, product descriptions, website design, graphics, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bighand India or its licensors.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

• Failure by Bighand India to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
