Yes — cashback is valid for 12 months from the date it was credited to your account. Unused cashback after 12 months will expire. You'll receive a reminder email 30 days before any cashback is set to expire.
Cashback is earned on full-price, non-discounted purchases while logged into your account. The following do NOT earn cashback: items purchased with a discount code, sale items, gift cards, and orders paid fully with cashback balance.

Cashback is earned on eligible full-price purchases and is credited within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Cashback is valid for 12 months from credit date and expires if unused. Cashback cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or used for tax invoices. Tier status is based on cumulative lifetime spend in INR. Bighand India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the programme at any time with reasonable notice to members. In the event of account closure, accumulated cashback will be forfeited.
